Q2: Is your generator quality the same as the photos? How do I know it's genuine?
Every generator we ship is factory-tested before packaging. We provide a full factory test report with every order, showing output voltage, frequency, load test results, and engine run data. We also welcome third-party inspection at our factory in Fu'an, Fujian before shipment — SGS, BV, and similar inspection agencies are accepted. If you specify Cummins or Perkins engines, we supply the original engine serial number so you can verify authenticity directly with the manufacturer.
Q3: Can I get a sample or test order before buying in bulk?
Yes. Our minimum order quantity is 1 unit. Many of our long-term distributors in Africa and Latin America started with a single unit to verify quality before scaling up. We treat single-unit orders with the same priority as bulk orders — same factory testing, same documentation, same packaging standard.
Q4: What if the generator has a problem after it arrives?
We provide a 12-month warranty from delivery date. If a fault occurs, send us photos or a video and we will diagnose remotely within 48 hours. For manufacturing defects, we cover replacement parts at no charge and ship via DHL. For engine-related issues, we connect you directly with the nearest Cummins, Perkins, or Baudouin authorized service center in your country — all three brands have established service networks across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Q5: How long does shipping take to my country?
Typical sea freight transit times from our port in China:
West Africa (Lagos, Tema, Abidjan): 22–30 days East Africa (Mombasa, Dar es Salaam): 25–35 days Middle East (Jebel Ali, Dammam, Aqaba): 18–25 days Latin America (Santos, Callao, Veracruz): 30–42 days We handle all export documentation including bill of lading, certificate of origin, packing list, and commercial invoice. Q6: What are the payment terms? Do you accept LC?
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance by T/T before shipment. For established buyers and larger orders, we also accept Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. We do not accept PayPal or Western Union for generator orders. Q7: Can you provide all documents needed for customs clearance?
Yes. Standard export documents we provide: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (CO), and factory test report. On request, we can also provide: form A (GSP certificate) for preferential tariff in qualifying markets, SONCAP certificate for Nigeria, packing declaration, and fumigation certificate. Tell us your destination country when ordering and we will confirm exactly which documents are required.
Q8: Is the engine brand guaranteed genuine? How can I verify?
Yes. For Cummins, Perkins, Volvo Penta, and Baudouin engines, we purchase directly from authorized engine suppliers in China and can provide the engine serial number with every order. You can verify the serial number authenticity on the respective manufacturer's official website or through their authorized dealer in your country. We do not use rebranded or counterfeit engines — our CE certification and long-term customer relationships depend on it.
Q9: Can you customize the generator for my local voltage and frequency?
Yes. We configure every generator to your local specifications before shipment. Common configurations we supply to your regions:
